Ready Set Go activities relate to the key, universal Developmental Areas of Literacy, Numeracy, Science, Music, Movement, Creative Expression and Social Interaction. Whilst you play and laugh together, Ready Set Go activities provide opportunities for your child’s cognitive and motor development.

Ready Set Go activities are intended for use with children aged 3-6 years. Pre-school children will require hand-on assistance with motor skills, whilst those in the first years of school will enjoy greater independence.

Designed by qualified teachers, the activities encourage each child to participate at their own developmental level with the security of close adult support. The initial game or activity introduces essential learning concepts and skills. Once these have been mastered, progression and extension ideas suggest further fun and learning opportunities for you to share with your child.

The games and activities can be revisited to reintroduce and reinforce the concepts, progressions and extensions as befits your child’s changing level of development.
